GXLS-840-75 ball casting production line is the fifth generation of automatic grinding ball production line independently developed by our company. It continues the advantages of the metal mold chilling molding process and accelerates the cooling speed, so the hardness of the ball core, surface and insulation area is more uniform, thus reducing the roundness loss rate of the cast ball. The coated sand manufacturing process is adopted, and the surface of the cast ball always remains smooth. The appearance quality of the grinding ball is greatly improved. The average accuracy of the grinding ball is about CT7 level, the surface roughness is about 12.5μm, the casting process output rate is 75%, and the genuine rate is more than 98%, which is significantly higher than the sand mold and general metal mold.
